Field Note | The Clearing Breath

Soft morning light shining through an exterior window with bare tree limbs, suggesting crisp air and natural spaciousness.

Early morning brought a crispness to the air, the kind that feels clean before you take the first full breath. There is a clarity in this part of the season—a quiet exhale from creation itself—that always meets me with steadiness.

I noticed how the body lifts with that first cool inhale, how it naturally releases what no longer needs to be carried.

So I let the morning offer its clearing, allowing space to widen in me without effort.

A breath that makes room.
