Field Note | The Dusk Quieting

Dusk settled gently tonight, the kind of light that softens the edges of everything it touches. There was a quiet clarity in the air—subtle, but unmistakably grounding.
I noticed how naturally the body responds when evening arrives with this kind of ease. Without effort, the pace shifts, the breath lengthens, and space opens for whatever the day has been holding.
So I let the moment shape me, allowing the quiet to deepen rather than pass by.
Then, I release what no longer serves me.
The rhythm is settling in.
