Field Note: A Gentle Unburdening

Today held a small moment of simplicity—a clearing of a surface, a shift in light, a brief pause between tasks. Nothing grand, but enough to reveal how little it takes for the interior world to soften.

So I let the moment unfold, letting what loosened stay loose.
A quiet unburdening, almost unnoticed.
